Removal Notice: There will be NO MANPOWER AVAILABLE FOR LOADING OR REMOVAL. A forklift will be available upon request. Buyer is solely responsible for removing all purchased lots in their entirety and must provide adequate manpower, any additional equipment or moving devices, and transportation necessary for removal.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE LAST DAY OF REMOVAL. NO EXCEPTIONS! Calling ahead for preview and removal is preferred. Please contact Sammy Rocha at (210) 889-0405 to make arrangements.

All items are located at ground level and may be located indoors or outdoors.

All items must be removed within one (1) hour. If additional time is required, arrangements must be made directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with the removal requirements may result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Late Fee Notice: All purchased items must be removed within 10 business days following the final scheduled removal day, excluding weekends and legal holidays.
Any items remaining after this deadline will be subject to a $10.00 late removal fee, per lot, per business day, beginning on the 11th business day and continuing until all items have been removed.

Please remove all items promptly to avoid additional fees.
