Department 56 Christmas in the City All Saints Corner Church and Italianate Villa

Description

A set of two Department 56 "Christmas in the City Series" lighted display pieces. Includes the 1990 "All Saints Corner Church" and the 1997 "Italianate Villa." Both pieces feature intricate detailing, festive decorations, and include light cords (untested). The Italianate Villa measures approximately 7.5 inches high, and the All Saints Corner Church is approximately 10 inches high. The Italianate Villa has a broken piece on its porch railing, as noted in the photos. Each piece comes with its original box. Please Note: These pieces appear to have been displayed in the open for an extended period of time and show visible surface dirt, dust, and discoloration from prolonged display.
