Buyers Premium & Commissions 17.5%,    this    fee is paid on top of the hammer price to the winning buyer of a lot

Definition: Hammer price is the final bidding price reached during the auction excluding commissions

Credit Card Convenience Fee 3.5%

All lots in this auction are subject to 5% GST

If you are not available on the designated pick-up day(s), it is the clients responsibility to arrange for someone to collect the winning lots on your behalf.      

If you are not having your items shipped or made alternative arrangements your items will be forfeited and your credit card will automatically be charged.  Our handling fee starts at $40 plus the Canada Post Fees.  Items being shipped must be within the Canada Post size limits.  

If you require shipping, please give us 5- 7 business days after our local pick-ups for us to reach out to you with your updated invoice.

Items will be available for pick-up on October 23, 2026 from 11am – 7pm in Leduc. Address will be disclosed to winning bidders after the auction closes.
