Please fully review all photographs and run any/all Carfax, Experian, AutoCheck or other reports prior to bidding to feel comfortable with your purchase(s).

CATALYTIC CONVERTER DISCLOSURE: Due to the nature of the origin of these vehicles, the Colorado Department of Revenue, nor Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. make any guarantee that any of these vehicles still have their catalytic converter. There will be no refunds or any kind of discount given if the vehicle is missing its catalytic converter.

The vehicles being auctioned may be subject to open recall notices. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to check for and act upon any applicable recall notices. Recalls and other vehicle safety information is available at the national highway traffic safety administration website: www.nhtsa.gov/recalls

Unless stated in the description of the posting, keys are not available with vehicle.

PURCHASER will be responsible for emissions, where applicable. Neither the Colorado Department of Revenue nor Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. guarantee emissions or that all equipment is located on the vehicle to obtain emissions.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. reserve the right to accept or reject any registration. Only complete and accurate registration will be approved. PO Box’s will automatically be rejected.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

An invoice will be forwarded to the registration email address following the conclusion of the auction. It is the bidders responsibility to assure invoice is received.

ZELLE-Please send transfer info to [email protected], with your invoice number noted in the memo section. All Zelle payments would need to be completed by successful bidders to assure the payment is noted in Auctioneer’s account prior to payment deadline. Be aware Zelle transfers can take 24 hours to process and is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is received on time. Please note that while Zelle itself does not charge a fee for its services, some banks or financial institutions may apply transaction fees or other charges on your end. Please review the terms and conditions of your bank or contact them directly to confirm whether additional fees may apply when using Zelle.

CARD PAYMENTS
Credit cards will not be accepted at this auction.

WIRE TRANSFERS

All wire transfers must be received by the auctioneers no later than the stated time outlined above. Be aware wire transfers can take 24 hours to process and is buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is received on time.

PAPERWORK FOR VEHICLE
All paperwork shall be filled out in registered bidders name and address unless a change is requested. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all paperwork is accurate.

Paperwork will be submitted to the State of Colorado and could take up to 30 days to prepare.

PLEASE NOTE: PURCHASER HAS 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE PAPERWORK TO REGISTER VEHICLE WITH THE APPROPRIATE MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT, AFTER THAT TIME PERIOD, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY CORRECTIONS/CHANGES CAN BE MADE, OR THE SELLER/AUCTIONEER WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH ANY ISSUES.
