All Zelle payments would need to be completed by successful bidders to assure the payment is noted in Auctioneer’s account prior to payment deadline. Be aware Zelle transfers can take 24 hours to process and is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is received on time. If the card is approved-a paid invoice will be sent to the email utilized for registration. If the purchased lots are not removed during the stated time period, the purchaser agrees that they have abandoned the items and the transaction is not applicable for a dispute to be presented to the card provider.
If the card is declined, Auctioneer shall have the discretion to resell the lots and revoke bidding privileges to registered party.
