Removal Notice: There will be NO MANPOWER AVAILABLE FOR LOADING OR REMOVAL. A forklift, pallet jack, and dolly will be available upon request. Buyer is solely responsible for removing all purchased lots in their entirety and must provide adequate manpower, any additional equipment or moving devices, and transportation necessary for removal.

All items must be removed within one (1) hour. If additional time is required, arrangements must be made directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with the removal requirements may result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Mandatory Removal Notice: Scheduling an appointment for removal is mandatory. Buyers will have ONLY the three (3) designated removal days to pick up all purchased items. All items must be removed during the scheduled removal period. No additional removal days will be available. Buyers are responsible for scheduling their removal appointment and completing removal within the designated timeframe.
