The circular brass bezel features a hinged glass cover that swings open to reveal a cream-colored analog dial face with stylized black Arabic numerals, an outer minute track, and vintage spade hands. The original mechanical wind-up clockwork has been removed and replaced with a modern battery-operated quartz movement accessible via the hinged rear wooden door panel. Dimensions: Measures approximately 10.5 inches wide by 5.5 inches deep by 11.5 inches high. Markings: The front clock dial face displays the vintage printed manufacturer hallmark logo reading "SETH THOMAS". The modern plastic battery compartment module on the interior reverse is stamped with standard "QUARTZ" operational markings. Condition: Fair to good condition, heavily modified. The original wind-up mechanics have been completely gutted and retrofitted with a single AA battery-operated quartz movement (untested). The rear door panel shows natural interior wood splintering, surface scratching, and modern replacement brass hinges. The front brass bezel and glass door function.
