Vintage Religious Art Warner Head Of Christ & Antique Picture Frames Lot

Description: A diverse multi-piece assortment of vintage and antique picture frames, wall mirrors, and devotional art. The centerpiece of the collection is a classic mid-century framed lithograph print of Sallman's or Warner's "Head of Christ". The collection includes an octagonal brass wall mirror, a black lacquer Chinoiserie style frame with gilt floral stenciling, a pair of oval dark burgundy frames housing vintage French fashion illustrations labeled "La Mode Illustrée", a standard light oak wood frame, and a group of four empty antique miniature wood frames with molded or gilt finishes. Dimensions: The "Head of Christ" frame measures 11.5 inches wide by 13.5 inches high, the octagonal brass mirror measures 10.25 inches across, and the black Chinoiserie frame stands 12.5 inches high. Markings: The lithograph print features a faint, authentic dated signature reading "1950 Warner Press". The reverse of the octagonal mirror includes a vintage paper label alongside heavily weathered metal rings. The French fashion prints are explicitly titled "LA MODE ILLUSTRÉE". Condition: Mixed estate condition ranging from fair to good. The "Head of Christ" print and frame are well-preserved with a tight backing board. The empty miniature frames show moderate corner rubbing, minor gilt flaking, and light separation at the seams. The octagonal brass mirror exhibits significant antique wear, including extensive pitting, surface tarnish, scratches, and severe rust oxidation on its sheet metal reverse plate.
