Chillking Chiller Systems air cooled packaged glycol chiller, data plate model GVLT330B164KCK3, serial CK14E2545, built by Chillking Chiller Systems of Bastrop, Texas. Three staged compressors rated 30.1, 30.1 and 25 full load amps, three 1 HP condenser fans at 5.6 full load amps each, and a 1-1/2 HP circulating pump at 9.95 full load amps. Power supply is 208/230 volt, three phase, 60 Hz, with minimum circuit ampacity of 120 amps, maximum fuse size 149 amps, copper conductors only, and a short circuit current rating of 24 kA rms symmetrical at 240 volts maximum. Factory charged with R-410A across three independent refrigeration circuits at 460, 376 and 460 ounces. Test pressures are 446 psig high side and 236 psig low side. Rated for outdoor use, ETL listed by Intertek under control number 3195605 and conforming to UL Standard 1995. The staged compressor arrangement leaves partial cooling capacity available if one circuit is down. The DME Brewing Services quote for this system lists the chiller at 164,000 BTU per hour output at 28 degree F leaving coolant temperature and 90 degree F ambient with a 240 gallon stainless reservoir and digital temperature controller with voltage and phase monitor; those figures come from the quote rather than the data plate, and the quote also shows the chiller line struck through with a note that the existing unit is 50 percent utilized with the current setup. Buyers should confirm reservoir capacity and controls at inspection. Overall 3 feet wide by 11 feet long by 7 feet tall on a 33 square foot footprint; note the 7 foot overall height when planning gate and door clearance for removal. Removal is by the buyer, and buyers should confirm at inspection which piping, controls and ancillary equipment convey with this lot.
