Buyer will pay for rigging services on top of the invoice; the cost will be $600. Palmer Canning Systems canning line, manufactured in Chicago, Illinois, and supplied to North High Brewing as a turn-key automatic counter pressure micro-canning line per the manufacturer proposal dated April 20, 2015. The manufacturer designates the system a 12/4 monobloc, meaning twelve filling valves and four seaming heads, with rated output of 90 cans per minute on 12 oz cans and 80 cans per minute on 16 oz cans. The depalletizer data plate reads model DEPAL, serial number 1-2015, year of manufacture 2015, electrical 208 volt three phase. Filling and seaming are combined in a compact monobloc. The filler is rotary and counter pressure, using Meyer type valve design with Servi-Tech valve components and seals, discharging into a four head mechanical seamer with Angelus type tooling. The filler tank interior is 3-A sanitation compliant with ASTM A967 passivation. Per the manufacturer proposal the line holds fill level accuracy within 5 grams and achieves dissolved oxygen pickup below 125 ppb on a shaken 12 oz sample using CO2 double pre-purge with elimination of head space, jetting, bubble busting and under-cover gassing, with the proposal noting that a liquid nitrogen purge is required to reach lower dissolved oxygen levels. As photographed the line consists of a depalletizer tower with twin vertical guide columns and a swing away discharge chute, the monobloc filler and seamer built into a stainless frame with clear polycarbonate guarding, and a run of stainless tabletop chain conveyor with adjustable side rails, can guides and stainless leveling legs, including a curved discharge section that feeds a black accumulation and packing table. Several blow off stations along the conveyor use stainless air manifolds with articulated Loc-Line arms and adjustable fan nozzles. An inline stainless enclosure straddles the conveyor near the discharge end. Conveyor drives are Lenze AC Tech SMVector variable frequency inverters, type ESV371N02YXC, 240 volt input at 5.1 or 2.9 amps, 0 to 230 volt three phase output at 2.4 amps, 0.37 kW or 0.5 HP, rated NEMA 4X for indoor use, each with a local lockable main switch disconnect mounted at the drive. A stainless control cabinet with membrane keypad and illuminated pushbuttons serves the depalletizer end of the line. Offered as a complete line as pictured.
