T304 stainless shell with T304 #4 stainless cladding, insulated sides and bottom, glycol jacketed. Formed heads top and bottom, four legs with adjustable footpads. Vessel working pressure 15 PSI, jacket working pressure 29 PSI. Top fittings include CIP arm with spray ball and 1.5 inch side arm, ball valve for top pressure, pressure gauge, and 2.5 inch PVRV manway. Side fittings include thermowell, sample port, and carbonating ferrule with stone. Bottom fitting is a 1.5 inch drain with butterfly valve. Relief pressure 15 PSI, relief vacuum 1 PSI. Manufacturer stock code ZBT040.CN. Per the manufacturer spec sheet, the glycol jacket is sized to cool the tank volume from 65F to 55F in 10 hours with glycol at 28F.
